L: Salmon, steamed broccoli with lemon, baked potato with ghee

Snack: Raisins

D: No-cheese omelet (broccoli, red and green bell peppers, onion)

Go for it! It's a quick and easy meal. I'll admit that I think they're better with cheese though. :P
