Back in the day when I could post and comment all the time, I acquired a list of helpers and mutual cheerleaders. Sadly, it's been - what? - over a year since I started my (sadly spotty) health buddies posts. Are you guys still working towards your goals? Have you met or changed them?
I'd like to know who's willing to continue the encouragement and tip sharing? My weight loss is slowing, since we've been on the broker end of the spectrum and I haven't been eating as well as I should. I've also been planning to start waking up early to walk Achaiah, since we both got out of shape after having kids. I just haven't been able to get myself motivated enough to wake up so damn early. I've also really been wanting to fast (since getting pregnant& nursing prevented me for years!), but I've realized that I've gained quite an addiction to coffee. I'm weaning myself so that I get less headaches (and meanness) when I abstain. When I finally crack that, I'll start with small fasts again.
