Whole30 Day 1

3 c. coffee w/Silk unsweetened almond milk. Lemon water throughout the day.

B: Red and Sweet Potato hash, 2 poached eggs, handful of almonds

L: Tuna steak, sauteed zucchini and red onion, half an avocado with sea salt and olive oil

D: Salad – lettuce, red onion, red bell pepper, broccoli, tomato, 2 hardboiled eggs, avocado, lemon juice


Feeling pretty good today. A stupid fight in the house really affected my mood, but otherwise I've felt good. Missing pepsi already and once again hate all the cooking involved, but it just sucks more because we have no water in our kitchen today (water in our bedroom/bathroom, but that's all).
