Whole30 Day 2

2 c. coffee with almond milk. Lemon water throughout the day.

B: Tuna steak with sauteed zucchini and red onion (reheated and ate on the road – forgot to add a healthy fat!)

L: Skipped – was out all day, and felt too nauseated anyway.

D: Venison loin, green beans, baked potato with homemade salsa and a little ghee.

Headachey all night last night after I went to bed. Nauseous all day today. Feeling my sugar withdrawals. Dinner also tasted funny to me tonight. Both the deer and salsa tasted weird, but no one else thought so. Not sure what's up with that. Maybe it's tied to my nausea.
