Whole30 Day 4

I feel so much better today! Good energy, good mood, and no more nausea or headache.

B: Red and sweet potato hash, hardboiled egg, half an avocado with EVOO and sea salt

L: Venison, sauteed zucchini, steamed broccoli with lemon, half an avocado with sea salt

D: Chicken soup (includes sweet potatoes, carrot, zucchini, white bell pepper, red onion) Did not include a fat since I was running late and had to leave, but I'll probably have a handful of green olives when I get back home.
