Whole30 Day 3

2 c. coffee with almond milk. Lemon water throughout the day.

B: Red and sweet potato hash, one hardboiled egg, handful of green olives. (Actually had two eggs, but I got full and couldn't finish that and some of the potatoes.)

L: Apple (not following the meal template, but I felt so sick...)

D: Tried to eat some chicken soup, but I couldn't stomach it.

Nausea still bothering me all day. Hard to eat. Will be glad when this part's over.
