B: 2 hardboiled eggs, sweet potato fries (no fat, whoops)

L: Stuffed peppers: ground turkey, red onion, bell pepper, garlic, black olives, seasonings

Snack: A few potato wedges as I cooked them.

D: Beef Enchilada Bake with black olives
