Whole30 Day 14

I keep forgetting to log my coffee, but I have 2-3 cups of coffee with (compliant) Silk unsweetened almond milk every day. I drink lemon water the rest of the day.

B: Stuffed pepper: ground turkey, red onion, bell pepper, garlic, black olives

L: Beef enchilada bake with black olives, smoothie

D: Spaghetti: spaghetti squash, tomato, fire roasted tomato, red onion, green and red bell pepper, garlic, seasonings

snack: almonds, orange

I made a very similar spaghetti squash meal last week. I always forget how good it is. My hubby keeps asking me to make it so I finally did.

Oh, I LOVE spaghetti squash. I've pretty much switched over to that rather than noodles, even when I'm not on Whole30. The kids still prefer noodles, but that's just more spaghetti squash for me!
