Whole30 Day 16

Feeling really despondent today, for no reason that I can tell. Trying to shake it. I felt so good yesterday!

B: Beef, red onion, garlic, green and red bell peppers, black olives (this was leftovers from my stuffed peppers the other day)

L: Ribeye steak, baked red potato with ghee, broccoli with lemon

D: Chicken breast, homemade seasoned fries, green beans with ghee. Oh! And I asked on FB for recommendations on what to do with parsley, and a friend suggested sliced tomato topped with chopped parsley, olive oil, and vinegar. I used apple cider vinager, and it was delicious!
