I do feel great when I do it, but I get awfully tired of all the cooking. I'm trying hard to do this reintroduction the right way, but right now I'm feeling totally over it. I didn't see as many good results as I saw the first two times I did this. I think I relied on potatoes too much this time. But I definitely think it's worth it and encourage anyone who is interested to try! The best tip I have is to do plenty of meal prep early in the week. And cook extras whenever you cook so you have easy leftovers to grab.
