Whole30 Day 31: Reintroduction Day 1

B: Two pieces veggie frittata

2.5 shots tequila

L: Two pieces shepherd's pie, baked potato with salsa

Snack: Raisins

D: Spaghetti sauce (my spaghetti squash went bad, so no noodles)


Tequila gave me a nice buzz today. No other side effects that I noticed, except that it did make me crave carbs (baked potato). Now back to Whole30 eating for two more days.
